No. Zero hardware. Payments happen through links on your invoices. No card reader, no terminal, no POS system. Just your phone and CrewDash.
CrewDash walks you through connecting your Stripe account. It takes about 5 minutes. You'll need your bank account info and basic business details. One-time setup.
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 for card payments and 0.8% (max $5) for ACH. On a $500 invoice, that's $14.80 for card or $4.00 for ACH. Way cheaper than chasing a check for 6 weeks.
Not currently โ payments are for the full invoice amount. We're working on partial payments and deposits for a future update.
Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified โ the highest level of payment security. CrewDash never stores credit card numbers. Everything is encrypted end-to-end.
